1. Services

US Best Price Moving LLC provides residential and commercial moving services including local moving, long distance moving, packing services, piano moves, storage solutions, and office relocation throughout New York, New Jersey, and all 50 states.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual move conditions. A binding quote will be confirmed prior to your move date.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• Reservations are confirmed upon agreement of terms and receipt of any required deposit.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the move may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the move may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• We reserve the right to reschedule moves due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Liability

US Best Price Moving LLC carries appropriate cargo liability insurance as required by DOT regulations (USDOT 4491321). We are not liable for:

• Items of extraordinary value unless declared and insured in advance
• Damage to items not professionally packed by our crew
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or conditions beyond our control
• Pre-existing damage to items or property

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your move
• Ensure all items are accessible and ready on move day
• Disclose items requiring special handling
• Ensure safe access for our crew and equipment at both locations
• Not include hazardous materials, perishables, or illegal substances

7. Website Use
